This Privacy Policy describes how ELITE Foundation, Inc. ("ELITE garb", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase at getgarb.com (the "Site").

Information we collect

  • Order information: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments; we never see your full card number.

  • Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google, which may use cookies and pixels to measure and target ads based on your visit.
  • Law enforcement or regulators when required by law, subpoena, or other lawful request, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you are in the EEA, we process your information to fulfill our contract with you and for our legitimate business interests described above, and your information is transferred to the United States.

Data retention

We keep your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under 18.
